Our rules are very simple and uncomplicated which means that anybody should easily be able to understand and adhere to them.

XXXChatters is a completely free service and as such our administrative staff (IRC Operators) are unpaid but highly trained volunteers who dedicate their own personal time to the smooth running and operation of this site for the enjoyment of others. They did not opt in for harrassment or flaming so please do not attack or harrass those who work hard to ensure that our chat service runs smoothly and without problems. You can find official staff members in our official help channel: #help 24 hours a day and 7 days a week including all major holidays worldwide.

Our IRC Operators (ircops) are here to help chatters with various issues or problems and some of the most common ones are listed below.

Help & Advice

Registering NickName, advice and help with associated problems.
Registering Channels, advice and help with associated problems.
Applying for VHOSTS and activation of VHOSTS.
Other questions regarding the site, our IRC services and usage.

Reporting Abuse

Reporting underage users, namely users below the age of 18.
Reporting users wanting to chat about incest or sex with minors.
Reporting users who promote paid services such as webcam sites etc.
Reporting Spam, Phishing & Scams.
Reporting users who are abusive to others.
Reporting users who flood or try to deny others of service.
Reporting users posing as staff members etc.
Basically, if you think it might be abuse, please let us know.

Things We DO NOT Help With

We do not give sex or relationship advice as we are not doctors or councillors and are therefore not qualified to do so.
We do not intervene with politics or bans from individual chatrooms, chatrooms are operated by individuals and they may operate with any rules they like just as long as the rules fall within our own policy so please do not ask us to become involved.
We do not give out our users IP Addresses or personal information so please do not ask.

Rules

1) No Minors (under the age of 18) - There are absolutely no exceptions to this rule.

2) Chatting with minors, covering up for minors or failing to report minors is deemed as bad as being a minor.

(As this is an adult chatroom we feel it inappropriate for minors to be here and believe that minors should be protected from cybersex etc. Many of our staff are also parents and share the same values which is why this is a steadfast rule with absolutely no exceptions!)

3) No child pornography, this includes but is not limited to pictures, videos, stories or posting links to known websites containing this kind of material. We also do not allow the posting of child model or child swimsuit picture sites or any other material featuring minors. Please remember that this is an adult chatroom and pictures of children no matter how innocent have absolutely no place here.

4) No age play (as in acting out underage sex fantasies or posing as a minor)

5) No incest play (as in acting out incest fantasies, discussion about incest or opening incest related chat rooms). This also includes family related nicks.

6) No discussion of bestiality, bestiality roleplay or opening of rooms related to sex with animals.

7) No discussion of illegal drugs, drug abuse or misuse of prescription or non prescription drugs.

8) No offensive nicknames. Offensive nicknames are nicknames that are deemed to be inflammatory, racist or suggestive of illegal activity etc.

9) No spamming, or soliciting and this includes posting of instant messenger ID's and email addresses to people you do not know or the posting of links or addresses of paysites or competing services.

(Often spammers will try to get you to add them to MSN, Yahoo, AIM, ICQ etc so that they can solicit you for credit card details, to fill out questionaires or sign up for things that they make money out of. We cannot protect you from this if you talk to these people via offsite services. A common scam is to spam users telling them they can see a free cam show if they add the spammer to their instant messenger. You should never need to signup for any of these offers you are spammed with as we offer our own webcam chat service at http://www.secz.com which is completely free.)

10) Be respectful to others, although this should go without saying.

11) No racism, race baiting, threats, hate speech, harrassment or stalking!

12) Traffic is subject to monitoring to enforce these rules.

All of the above are violations of our terms of service and are enforceable with warnings or bans at the IRC Operator's discretion.

As this site is privately owned by an individual it should not be deemed as public which means we reserve the right to decide who can or cannot connect to this site and use the free services provided. As such we reserve the right to ban or disconnect any user at any time with or without reason with no appeal.
